Dr. Paden Wolfe, MSPT, DPT, CFDN, LSVT BIG® Cert.

Dr. Wolfe opened Mile High Physical Therapy™ in 2001 and has since helped thousands of clients regain their confidence and independence. A graduate of the University of Colorado with a degree in Psychology, he went on to earn his master’s degree and doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Regis University. He specializes in back and neck disorders, post-operative rehabilitation and health/wellness. Paden also holds a Level 2 Certification in Trigger Point Dry Needling.

In his free time, Paden enjoys running with his wife, mountain biking, obstacle races (3x Tough Mudder/Spartan racer) and spending time with his three children.

Fun Fact: Paden is a Four Time World Champion in full contact, bare knuckles karate. Over the course of his distinguished 25+ year martial arts career, Paden also earned the rank of a fourth degree black belt in Enshin Karate, as well as a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Dr. Timothy Nguyen, DPT

Dr. Timothy Nguyen, Doctor of Physical Therapy, is a distinguished practitioner known for his proficiency in applying evidence-based treatments to enhance functional mobility and elevate the overall quality of life across diverse age groups. Having earned his Doctoral degree from the University of Texas at Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX, and having completed a rigorous residency at the esteemed Brooks Institute of Higher Learning in Jacksonville, FL, Timothy's academic foundation is further enriched by extensive cross-continuum training.

With a breadth of experience spanning sports performance centers, acute hospital settings, and specialized memory care units, Timothy possesses a unique and comprehensive perspective in addressing the diverse needs of his patients. His dedication resonates particularly with the older adult population, as he specializes in promoting functional aging and falls preparation.

In addition to his clinical success, Timothy enjoys speaking on local and national level platforms, where he shares insights on the Annual Physical Therapy Wellness Visits, Geriatric Functional Milestones [Read more], and improving patient care for older adults. His professional involvement in shaping consumer guidelines for degenerative disc disease [Read more] and clinical practice guidelines for physical therapist management of shoulder osteoarthritis underscores his commitment to patient education and well-being.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Timothy indulges most of his money for culinary exploration as an enthusiastic foodie, and most of his time with his partner, cat, and dog. Furthermore, his love for travel enriches his perspective and enhances his ability to provide culturally sensitive care.

Dr. April Scott, DPT

Dr. April Scott graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2023. Before pursuing her passion for Physical Therapy, she graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Rehabilitation and Disability Studies degree.

April loves helping people of all ages and conditions. She is currently working towards her Manual Therapy Certification (MTC) and has an interest in becoming a Certified Sports Clinical Specialist (CSCS) or an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). She strives to create a fun and safe environment while providing evidence-based treatments to improve the function of her patients.

April was born and raised in the south but moved to the Denver area because of her love of the outdoors and beautiful mountain views. She enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and any outdoor activity (hiking, rafting, camping and skiing/boarding).

Dr. Jill Sly, PT, DPT, GCS

Dr. Sly graduated from the University of Iowa in 2006 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from the Graduate Program in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Science.

Before moving to Denver with her family in 2020, she worked in outpatient orthopedic settings in Michigan, Oregon, and Kansas. In 2014, Jill became a Board-Certified Geriatric Specialist and continues to advance her education and skills related to working with the aging population. She also enjoys treating patients across the age spectrum with a wide variety of orthopedic conditions.

Outside of work, Jill is having fun exploring beautiful Colorado with her husband, daughter, and 14-year-old English Pointer. She loves walking, hiking, Barre3 and Peloton workouts, movie nights, and patio time involving good food and drinks with dear friends and family.
